Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. In this case, your deposit may be applied to the next appointment. If you cancel after this 24-hour window, you will be responsible for paying half of the missed appointment's cost before rescheduling your next appointment. If you no-call no-show, you will need to pay for the missed appointment in full before rebooking.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, I will not be able to accommodate that appointment for the day out of respect for other appointments. Payment in full will be required before rescheduling.
