Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. In such cases, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. However, if you need to cancel after the 24-hour period:

- For haircut appointments, a fee equivalent to half of the missed appointment's cost will be required before rescheduling

- For color appointments, the full cost of the missed appointment will need to be settled prior to rescheduling.

-In instances of a no-call no-show, the full cost of the missed appointment’s must be paid before rebooking.

-Additionally, if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment out of respect for other clients. In this situation, payment in full will be necessary before you can reschedule.
